If you would like to attend a support group, we encourage you to contact us first to let us know. This will give our Support Coordinators an idea of numbers, and the chance to speak with you about the group and what to expect. Thank you!

Please note: Some of our support groups run simultaneously with an Adult Day Program in or near the area. These groups are indicated by an asterisk (*).

Amherst Caregiver Support Group*

Meetings are held on the FIRST Wednesday of each month
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Location: Christ Church Parish Hall, 5 Lawrence Street, Amherst

Antigonish Caregiver Support Group

Meetings are held the SECOND Wednesday of each month
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

Shubenacadie Caregiver Support Group

Meetings are held the FIRST Thursday of each month
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Truro Caregiver Support Group*

Meetings are held the THIRD Thursday of each month
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
