If you would like to attend a support group, we encourage you to contact us first to let us know. This will give our Support Coordinators an idea of numbers, and the chance to speak with you about the group and what to expect. Thank you!

Please note: Some of our support groups run simultaneously with an Adult Day Program in or near the area. These groups are indicated by an asterisk (*).


*Annapolis Royal

Meetings are held the THIRD or FOURTH Wednesday of the month from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Scheduled dates through January 2019 are: Sept. 26th, Oct. 24th,
Nov. 21st, Dec. 19th, and Jan. 23rd.
