If you would like to attend a support group, we encourage you to contact us first to let us know. This will give our Support Coordinators an idea of numbers, and the chance to speak with you about the group and what to expect. Thank you!

Please note: Some of our support groups run simultaneously with an Adult Day Program in or near the area. These groups are indicated by an asterisk (*).

Bridgewater Caregiver Support Group

Meetings are held the SECOND Thursday of the month
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Location: Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre (Library meeting room), 135 North Park Street, Bridgewater

Chester Caregiver Support Group

Meetings are held the THIRD Thursday of the month

Liverpool Caregiver Support Group*

Meetings are held the FOURTH Wednesday of the month
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Location: Queens Place Emera Centre
50 Queens Place Drive, Liverpool (Exit 19)

*There is an Adult Day Program in Liverpool that runs Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday from 10:00 am - 3:30 pm. Call 902.354.3451 for details.

Yarmouth

The group is facilitated by Alzheimer Society NS.
Meetings are held the FIRST Thursday of the month for those caring for a person living with dementia
